今年二季度，中国的新增加实际利用境外直接投资比外商、港澳台商从中国境内撤资要少150亿美元。

这对中国资产阶级的反动新自由主义政策是一个打击。

另外，过去拉美、非洲等国再爆发积累危机之前，都曾经出现一个新获得外资少于汇回利润的时期。中国资本主义现在也开始进入这样一个时期。

当然，中国资本主义经济目前还保持着庞大的贸易顺差，这对于推迟危机爆发可能起一定作用。
