普京：今日俄罗斯再提出调解乌克兰危机的切实可行建议
俄罗斯总统普京表示，俄罗斯今日将再提出一项调解乌克兰危机的切实可行和平建议，如果西方和基辅拒绝，那么他们就应当对流血和死亡承担责任。
普京称：“今天我们将再提出一项具体且切实可行的和平建议。如果西方国家首都和基辅还像以前那样拒绝，那这最终是他们的事情，他们应当对持续的流血和死亡承担政治和道义责任。”


普京说：“我要强调主要一点。西方主张临时和解或者暂时停火只是想要补充损失，使基辅政权换装武器，帮助基辅发起新的攻势，而我们的提议却不是如此。我再说一遍，我们建议的不是冲突冻结，而是其彻底结束。我再次重申，只要基同意今天提出的事件此类进展，只要同意将乌克兰部队全部撤出顿涅茨克人民共和国、卢甘斯克人民共和国、扎波罗热州和赫尔松州，那么这一进程就会实际启动，我方愿意着手展开谈判，不拖延。”





普京对和平解决乌克兰危机所提建议的主要内容：
在乌军从俄罗斯新地区的领土上撤军后，俄罗斯就将立即停火，并提出准备进行谈判；
进行谈判的第二个条件是，基辅政权宣布放弃加入北约的计划；
如要和平解决乌克兰危机，俄罗斯还需乌克兰保持中立、不结盟、无核化、去军事化和去纳粹化；
谈论的不是冻结冲突，而是完全停止冲突；
和平解决乌克兰危机基础协议，自然是要取消对俄罗斯的制裁；
因此，俄罗斯现提出了另一个真正的和平建议，但如果西方和基辅拒绝，那么他们要为流血冲突负责；
俄罗斯清楚地明白自己对世界稳定所担的责任，并表示愿意与所有国家进行对话，但这不应该是一种表面性的对话。

越打乌克兰输的越多，这次不同意那么下次俄罗斯在攻下几个城市，又要被割。我可以保证美帝绝对要求乌克兰别投降，开什么玩笑，不需要美国大兵亲自上场的战争，而且还能消耗俄罗斯，没理由会同意乌克兰谈判，这是拜登为首的美帝国主义想法。但欧美国家内部本身也有斗争，特别大选在即各国民众对于加入战争的行为也不满，估计不得不谈了
